We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Harlequins gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that personalized jerseys and memorabilia are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Harlequins account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a printout of your return authorization inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to the Clubhouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to retain your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned kit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
